We’d like to recognize St. John’s Health as a long-time customer with an impeccable record of keeping their food scraps contamination free. In 2020 under the direction of Lisa Smith, Nutrition Services Manager, St. Johns recycled 45,717 lbs. of food scraps. Joel DiPaola and staff are consistent in their collection efforts and diligent in keeping trash separate from the scraps.  Thanks for your example of the food scrap recycling potential in our community.
